Cultivating Coders — Nusenda Community Rewards
Recent research shows that 5% of all jobs are related to coding. In an ever-expanding tech industry, Cultivating Coders hopes to close the gap between students and technology. Through a fun yet intensive 8-week summer bootcamp, students are learning real-world applications - building websites, learning multiple programming languages, and gaining other technical skills. Since 2015, they've blazed trails from rural America and tribal communities to inner-city neighborhoods reaching young people - typically overlooked by STEM education - to help fill more than one million engineering jobs predicted to by available by 2020. Scholarships and free computers are available.
