This Privacy Policy applies to the personal SMS meditation accountability service operated by Ryan Turri ("the Service").

1. Who This Service Is For

This is a private, personal-use application. The only intended recipient of messages from this Service is the owner and operator, Ryan Turri. This Service is not a commercial product and does not collect data from or send messages to the general public.

2. Information Collected

The Service processes the content of SMS messages sent between the owner's personal phone number and the application. No personally identifiable information is stored beyond the active conversation session. No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How Information Is Used

Message content is used solely to generate relevant, contextual responses within the meditation accountability conversation. Conversation history is held in temporary memory during an active session and is not permanently stored to disk.

4. Third-Party Services

This Service uses Twilio for SMS delivery and Anthropic's Claude API for response generation. Both services operate under their own privacy policies. No personal data beyond message content is transmitted to these services.

5. Data Retention

No permanent database of messages is maintained. Session memory resets periodically. No data is retained beyond operational necessity.
