These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the personal SMS meditation accountability service operated by Ryan Turri ("the Service").

This is a private, personal-use SMS application that sends daily meditation check-in messages and supports two-way conversation for the sole purpose of personal mindfulness accountability. The Service is operated by and for Ryan Turri exclusively.

2. Message Frequency

The Service sends approximately 1–5 messages per day depending on user interaction. Message frequency may vary based on the owner's usage patterns.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages from this Service, reply STOP to any message. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
